Washing water must be brought by using a bucket from the lake. Drinking water is purchased from the grocery itself / the owner brings it on request.

Flat plot with sandy yard, the surrounding terrain is conifer forest. The beach is gentle-deepening and sandy. The sun shines into the yard all day long.
