60 km west of Oulu, Bothnian Bay 100 m, shallow and sandy public beach, no boat. Wooden cabin is renovated and extended 2016 (built in 1985), living room/kitchen, bedroom: 2 beds, alcove with bunk bed (width of lower bed 120 cm and upper bed 80 cm), Toilet with entrance to the washroom, electric sauna. Sheltered sun deck facing to the sea and to the south.
Cottage is situated on the west side of Hailuoto island. This neat and 2016 renovated cottage is best for a couple or family. Bright cottage is situated next to dune in a quiet location.

The plot has parking space and heating plug for one car, other cars (and trailers) must be parked in the general P-region. Tents and caravans are not permitted at the plot. In winter time car parking might not be possible next to the cottage, then it has to be left on the general P-region (about 30 m).

Mechanical ventilation system.Cabin is equipped with air source heat pump, which can also be used as cooling in summer. Blackout curtains. Ball bbq grill (client brings barbecue coals).

An own bed linen & towels must be brought along. Client has to do proper final cleaning before departure, final cleaning can not be booked so far.

Hailuoto is located in the Bothnian Bay, near the city of Oulu. During the summer Hailuoto ferry runs every half hour and the transport is free of charge. The ferry trip takes about half an hour.
During summer you can also arrive by your own boat. There is a guest harbor in Marjaniemi and it's maintained by the municipality of Hailuoto. Near guest harbor there are also summer cafes, restaurants and Arctic Lighthouse Hotel Luotsihotelli and its services.
