70 km north-east of Jyväskylä, lake Vanaja-järvi 30 m, hard, gently sloping sandy beach, own boat and pier.

Stone, glass and metal built unique villa built in 2005 (renovation and renewal of household appliances 2016), spacious, bright living room, glass wall facing the lake.

Living room with sofa bed, separate kitchen area, bedroom with two beds, washroom (with shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine), loft area with double bed, cot and a seating group.

Terraces on two sides of the building, gas grill (please, clean up the grill after use).

There is no sauna in the main villa, but there is a lakeside sauna. Stairs to the lakeside sauna (distance 20 m) and wheelchair ramp. Lakeside sauna 48 m², 11 m to the lake, big sauna room with big window, big washroom with 2 showers, dressing room, fireplace room with sofa bed and minikitchen. In front of the sauna there is terrace and stairs to the pier.

Note! There is a deposit of 150 euros (paid in cash on the spot) for weekend bookings for groups of 6-8 adults. For families and for whole week bookings there is no deposit.

Departure cleaning service included in the destination rent does not cover dish-washing, returning table and cookware to their original place or garbage removal. Clients must also remove empty bottles and cans from the property and return any moved furniture to their original place. Any food must be taken away or to the waste disposal point.
Nice villa, suitable for even demanding taste. There is 250 m long shoreline, plot of 1.3 ha.

The villa is located in a pine grove, on the hillside and is suitable for the disabled (wheel chair ramp). Berries and mushrooms near the plot (during that season), good fish possibilities in the lake; walleye, whitefish, trout, whitefish, perch, pike.
