Kuikkakärki is a well-furnished, atmospheric timber villa by the gorgeous and clean Renkajärvi lake.
With a total area of 85m2, the villa has two bedrooms, a hall, a toilet, a big and lofty kitchen combined with a sitting room, a dressing room, a shower room and a sauna. All rooms are located on the same floor.
One bedroom comes with a double bed and the other one with two twin beds. The sitting room has a sofa that can be converted into two beds. You can enjoy a beautiful view over the Renkajärvi lake on the sofa. In the winter, you can enjoy the cosy fireplace while, for example, watching your favourite film. The kitchen has a large dining table, sturdy chairs and cutlery and equipment of good quality.
The sauna is spacious and has comfortable benches with back rests made from heat-treated aspen. The stove is naturally wood-heated. The shower room has two showers. From the dressing room, you can access the veranda to cool off and hop in the lake with only a few steps away.
The other, bigger veranda is equipped for lounging.
In front of the villa, there is a wood-fired brick barbecue grill that and a lumber dining set.
The beach faces southwest receiving direct sunlight almost throughout the whole day. There is a sturdy dock. The depth of the water at the end of the dock is 1.5 m being ideal for swimming. The beach is fine sand and very suitable for children.
The yard has a shed with firewood, outdoor games and fishing equipment.
During the summer season, you can also use a separate sauna on the beach with a small porch, kitchenette and a sitting room with two beds.
Kuikkakärki is located on the owner’s forest area of approximately 70 ha with other rental cottages and villas as well. The area is ideal for outdoor activities with its nature trails and duckboards. There are also three lean-to’s and a great slope for toboggan rides.
Kuikkakärki can be accessed easily from all bigger towns in the Southern Finland. It takes approximately an hour by car from Helsinki, Tampere, Lahti and Turku. Despite the great location, the area is classified as a so-called quiet area; the noise from the highway or populated areas does not carry over to the villa.
