310 km North of Rovaniemi, lake Inarijärvi/Peuravuono-fjord 10 m, deep, hard lake bottom, pier, rowing boat. Log cottage 1998, extended 2012, living room: 1 bed, kitchen, dining area, wood-heated sauna, loft (steep stairs): 1 bed and 1 matress. There is no drain or water pipe in the kitchen. Drinking water has to be fetched from spring (1 km distance) or client can bring it on. On summertime water to sauna by motor pump from the lake, on wintertime water has to fetched from ice hole from the lake. Outdoor toilet, a grillshelter with campfire site.

Cabin is heated by a fireplace and additionally there are portable electric and gas heaters. For winter use there ins't sufficient insulation and therefore cabin is suitable only for clients having enough skills for heating.

Please notice that this cabin requires outdoor attitude and skills (how to make fire, for example). If youre not sure, please consider another option. Revised small cottage near Lake Inari. During winter time this cottage requires wilderness skills. A boat port Veskoniemi 9 km, Ivalo 12 km, Nellim village 37 km, Saariselkä 42 km.

WILDERNESS CABIN: Cabin is not preheated before customer`s arrival. Due to long distances maintenance can not check the cabin after all customers. If the destination is not cleaned on there are deficiencies, please contact the caretaker immediately on arrival. Please take care also that the cabin is clean and tidy for the next client.
