River Kyrö offers a wide range of recreational activities such as fishing, swimming and boating.
The villa is bordered by fields and the river and from the east to Perttiläntie (a popular bicycle/ motorcycle route).

The main house 62m2 was renovated in 2019. The main form of heating is an air source heat pump. Underfloor heating in the second bedroom and bathroom. There are electric radiators and in the living room also an atmospheric fireplace for extra heating.
The level of equipment in the main building is good.
The main house has a small front terrace (in the direction of the morning sun) and a rear terrace on the river side (south - west - north).
The log sauna cottage 32m2 was completed in 09/2019. The sauna is spacious. Wood stove. Running water enters the sauna and hot washing water is produced in the water tank of the heater. The sauna cottage has its own water toilet with hot water. The living room of the sauna cottage has a fireplace and two electric radiators, a refrigerator-freezer. Table and benches.

The beach is not a good wading beach (clay bottom), but in the summer season a good place for swimming also for a child with swimming skills. No big rocks at the bottom. Pier with swimming ladders. The river can be used for about 8 kilometers (back and forth 16km), for example for SUP boarding, rowing, kayaking, fishing and boating. Typical fish species e.g. pike, perch and even pike perch. Planted Rainbow trout can be caught in rapids. |
