High-grade and highly equipped and furnished luxury villa in the popular HimosYkkönen region. Ideally located, for example HimosAreena and festivals only 300m away. Western slopes 900m by foot and 1.4 km by car, as well as the ski slopes and the golf course nearby. The villa was completed in February 2017. Size of villa is 158m2 and it can comfortably accommodate 12 + 2 persons.
Main floor: lobby, a stylish spacious living room, kitchen, toilet and two separate double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition a sofa bed in the living room. Also a toilet, a shower room and a sauna. From the living room and laundry room access to the glazed 35m2 terrace with view to the western slopes and the golf course. The terrace has a outdoor hot tub with magnificent views of the slopes and the starry sky. Upstairs there is a lounge and two separate large bedrooms each with 4 single beds.
Accommodation price does not include departure cleaning and linen. Obligatory final cleaning 160 € and bed linen beds made 17 € / person (includes towels). The villa has blankets and pillows. Outdoor hot tub price EUR 160 / reservation time.
The key to the villa can be found near the entrance. There is a key box with a numerical code. Box code will be sent by text message before arrival (16.00).
