Modern two-apartment log villa built in summer 2018 in a peaceful location, in the stunning scenery of Himos Golf Resort. The villa is located next to the scenery of the golf course, and it is close to nature trails, golfing or slopes, numerous events in the area or gigs at the Himos Arena.
The villa consists of two 70 m2 apartments, both of which accommodate 6 + 1 people. The apartments can be booked either separately or both at the same time, in which case the apartments can be connected to each other through a connecting door.
In the downstairs there is a living room, a combined kitchen and one bedroom. The large windows in the living room have stunning views of the golf course. There is also a sauna and bathroom downstairs. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, and in addition there is a sofa bed for one in the living room.
Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping alcove with a single bed that can be enlarged to real double bed. Upstairs there is a private toilet and a TV in the sleeping alcove.
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory fee for hot tub 160 eur and final cleaning 77 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.
