The newly renovated Himos Villa Nuppula 150m2 (110 m2 + 40 m2) comfortably accommodates 13 vacationers. The villa is located on the shore of Patalahti, and has its own beach. Thanks to the central location, you can go skiing in the winter or golfing in the summer from peaceful Patalahti in a few minutes, or even to events at Himos Areena. The villa has two floors - 110m2 on the ground floor and 40m2 on the loft.

In winter, you can enjoy the wonderful scenery of the northern slopes of Himos and the beautiful mountains, even from the sauna boards. In the summer, from the "idyllic cottage landscape" of Patalahti, a private beach with a sand beach. There is a total of almost 80m2 of space on the terraces. From spring to autumn, you can enjoy both morning and evening sun on your own terrace. In winter, you can conveniently go from the sauna via the terrace directly to the jacuzzi.

The villa is located on the quiet beach of Patalahti, in the Nuppulanranta cottage area in Himos. The beach is child-friendly. On the beach, a 40 m wide sandy beach has just been renewed. A 50m2 pier on the beach. Possibility to use a boat. From the sauna through the jacuzzi directly to Patalahti! In winter, to ski directly from your own yard to the ice of the lake. The nearest ski slope is 50 meters away.

Himos Villa Nuppula is perfect for families, groups of friends, bachelor parties or even organizing events. The best outdoor activities are guaranteed by a large private own land and a wonderful sandy beach!

The villa is well-equipped and includes everything that a good, successful vacation includes.

Himos Villa Nuppula:

From the living room there are wonderful views of Patalahti, the mountains in the south and the northern slopes of Himos. Large living room windows bring natural light into the villa.

Bedrooms + loft:
5 bedrooms: Downstairs 2 spacious bedrooms, both with 2 x single 80 cm beds. 3 bedrooms in the loft, all with 2 x single 80 cm beds. There are also 2 + 1 single beds in the loft. At the bottom and top of the stairs leading to the loft, there are child gates that can be closed with locks.

Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with 4 beds
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 6 beds + 3 single beds in the loft

Kitchen + grilling:
Spacious kitchen equipment: fridge-freezer, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, bar counter + bar stools.

The gas grill is on the outdoor terrace.

The 12-seater dining table can accommodate a larger group to eat or sit in the evening. Terrace tables and chairs with 6 + 6 seats on the outdoor terraces.
Sauna section:
3 showers, toilet, sauna, washing machine, dryer

Other equipment:
Blankets, pillows, vacuum cleaner, drying cabinet, 65-inch qled smart TV, internet connection 50 mt/s, air heat pump, gas grill, child gates.
A spare fireplace and wood are always included in the rental price.

There are two toilets in the villa: one separate toilet and the other in the sauna/washroom.

Outdoor storage:
A large, warm temporary storage for, for example, golf or downhill skis.

Jacuzzi:
From the sauna straight to the bubbles! The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi, which you can reserve for your use if you wish. The price of the outdoor jacuzzi is €160/booking time. The price is €185/booking time if the booking is made upon arrival.
