Villa Vallaton is a semidetached villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. Villas were ready in February 2008. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.

Villas are suitable for business clients as well as families.
Two parts of the house can be combined with a connecting door if both parts are reserved for same company.

The villa has three floors and 3 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a spacious livingroom, kitchen, fireplace, toilet, TV.
Two bedrooms upstairs, each with 2 single beds per room.
Downstairs one bedroom with 2 single beds, toilet, sauna, shower and sitting area with TV.

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.
During high season the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically.
