Kelkkakoivu is a single villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. Villas was ready in December 2007. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.

Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.



The main villa has two floors and three bedrooms.

Sauna and showers are also located in the entrance floor.

There are two separate sleeping areas upstairs, both with two single beds.



Downstairs is studio apartment with own entrance. The studio has 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and sauna.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.

The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds.

Upstairs 2 separate sleeping areas, both with 2 single beds.

Studio apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Downstairs apartment has refrigerator with freezer box.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, TV, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, washing machine, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, outdoor jacuzzi, gas grill (in use from summer to autumn).
Good to know:
Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.

End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times. You can check these times here.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 oclock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 oclock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 oclock / 6 pm.
