Wooden semi-detached house 12/2015, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, loft with a double bed, 3 spring mattresses and foldable sofa bed, shower room, sauna and a partly covered terrace.

Outdoor equipment storage and car heating space for two cars.

High chair can be brought to the apartment by separate agreement (please ask for them in advance).

Air condition by separate payment during summer time (air source heat pump). The villa is situated in the valley of Himos, next to western slopes and Himos golf course.

The nearest lift station 300 m, Himos Center 500 m, Himos Areena 600 m and skiing tracks from the yard.

Koskikara swimming pool 14 km, nearest riding stables 4 km, Himos Golf 0 km, Isojärvi National Park 49 km, Jämsän center 8 km, Tampere 95 km, Lahti 115 km.

Security deposit 150 € will be paid to the owner upon arrival.
