Villa Kallio is a unique stand-alone villa near Himos Areena and Himos Hotel.
The villa was built in the summer of 2015

The villa is especially suitable for business guests.

In the entrance floor living room with a large TV and a 10 meter long sofa, kitchen with 14 people kitchentable.
There are 3 separate bedrooms each with 2 separate beds and a shower toilet in the entrance floor.
Stairs go up to the sleeping loft, on the loft are 4 extra separate beds.

Together with the large terrace the entire space of the house is 350 m²
Access to the 100 m² terrace is from the entrance floor. On the terrace is a large table with chairs and a sofa lounge corner.

Downstairs are two bedrooms with separate beds and two toilets.
Sauna and a sitting room are also in the ground floor.
From the utility room a direct access to the back terrace where is a large jacuzzi.

There is also a unique private putting field in the villa's yard.

Cleaning is mandatory and charged with accommodation, price 196 € / cleaning.
We also recommend reserving linen and towels ready made to beds, price from 20 € / person

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.
During high season the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically.

No pets allowed.
