Walking distance from the services, golf as well as Western slopes.


The combined sitting and dining space is large and bright. Dining table for 12 persons. The sitting area is fairly small and connected to a well equipped kitchen.
Downstairs is also one bedroom and a spacious bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer, two showers and a sauna.
From the bathroom there is an entry to a large terrace equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi. There is a table set and a grill at the terrace on the summer time.


There are 3 bedrooms and 2 separate toilets with showers upstairs.


There is a heating post for two cars on the villa's yard.

Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

Upstairs 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom have 2 single beds, 1 bedroom have 3 single beds and 1 bedroom with 185 cm double bed.

In the cupboard of the villa are two inflatable air mattresses for extra beddings.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, tableware, stove and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, 2 x coffee maker, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Accomodation price doesn't include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 101 € will be charged with reservation.

Blankets and pillows are included in the cottage. Sheets and towels can be ordered from HimosLomat if required.
