Villa Solarsuite is a single villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course.
It is within a walking distance from Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.



Villa Solarsuite is suitable for business clients as well as families.



The villa has two floors and four bedrooms.

In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen and dining area and two bedrooms.
There is also a bathroom with shower and sauna and separate toilet. On the terrace an outdoor jacuzzi.



There are two different open loft-areas at both ends of the house.



Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms. Also a drying room for ski clothes, and a separate room for storing skis and other equipment.



Carport for 1 car.

Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Blankets and pillows, TV, Internet, BlueRay-player, electric heating, sauna + shower + 2 x toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer,
airing cupboard for skiing clothes, iron with ironing board, utility room for drying washed clothes, jaquzzi on a tarrace.
Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Good to know:
Pets are not allowed in this villa.

There is no fireplace in the villa.

Accomodation price doesn't include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 196 € will be charged with each reservation.
