Separate lakeshore sauna 1997, 37m2, sauna with wood-burning stove and shower, dressing room, room with fireplace mini-kitchen, running water, partly underfloor/electric heating, terrace.

Separate outbuilding/storeroom; outbuilding has double bed, electric light, electric heater. Storeroom is used by owner. Roofed grill. Homely 2-storey cottage on gently sloping plot.
