The rest of the rent 4 weeks before arriving, but we can discuss also other terms. Cancellation: Customer should pay-> cancellation 2 weeks before: 20% of the rent,->cancellation less than 2 weeks before:50% of the rent ,->at summertimes and holidays cancellation less than 2 days before: the whole rent. Final cleaning (100euros) if wanted should be ordered when making reservation . If you haven`t done final cleaning, the owner can send you payment for that, it is always atleast 200 euros. If you haven`t use linen on beds, that will cost 20 euros per person. On summertime 5 days is minimum rental time, unless there is singledays between rentals. |
