Log cottage 2003, living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, sleeping loft (30 m²) 4 beds, washroom, sauna (electric stove), open porch and balcony. Separate lakeshore sauna with dressing room, shared with neighbouring cottage 8121. Sauna has manual water pump and hot water container on stove.
The cottage has a Mosquite Magnet mosquito repellent, which works in area of 5000 m². Log holiday cottage on level shore. Neighbour 70 m away is cottage 8121, which shares spacious lakeshore sauna. Lakeshore sauna located midway between cottages. Cottage has high standard furnishings and maintained yard area.
Peaceful location, only 2 cottages (this one and 8121) along 1000 m shore/in 22 ha area.
The owner rents out 2 kayaks (10€/kayak/day).
L.Ylä-Jäppäjärvi is famous for its pike perch. 250 m from cottage are Jäpänkoski rapids, where a lean-to can be used by both cottages. In autumn small game hunting possible (licences necessary). For hikers, 5 km away is Peuranpolku hiking trail, forming part of European hiking trail network.
Salamajärvi national park 19 km.
