30 km west of Helsinki, Upinniemi / lake Pilvijärvi 70 m (length 500 m, width 300 m), deep soft mud bottom, sturdy jetty, about 30 m away there is sandy shallow children's beach, between the beach and the cottage there is road which is not used very often. Note! The beaches are in shared use, no boat.

Log cottage 1957, extended during 1960's, extension part = living room sofa-bed, small bedroom with 2 beds, bigger bedroom (with fireplace) with two beds, fairly large kitchen area (entrance to the old side, small terrace with grill, sauna (wood-burning stove and heater tank), small washroom (water has to be carried from the well), glazed terrace which also works as a dressing room. Outdoor toilet. Old and modest cottage near Helsinki. Water has to be carried from well and drinking water has to be bought eg. from Kirkkonummi. Terrace with gas grill and in addition there is wood barbeque place in the yard.

Yard is located on a gentle hillside and is grassy and spacious, partially wooded and lined with cliffs. There is a road between the cottage and shore. Path leads to the shared beach where jetty and children's sandy beach. The path may be difficult at least for moving disabled, but the beach is also accessible by car, the trip along the road is 500 m. Small-scale fishing is possible mainly from the jetty with fishing rod, the lake has perches. There are several other cottages and houses on the shore.
