Apartment on the second floor (4th floor) in Alpine-style stone house built in 2020. There is an elevator in the house.
Living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, sauna, washroom/WC and glazed balcony.
Own parking space. Levin Kunkku C3 is a high-class, and stylish apartment next to the Levi's main ski slope and near all services of road Hissitie. There's an elevator in the house.
Two large flat-screen TVs, one in the bedroom. Washing machine is a drying model.

Illuminated first snow ski trail starts from the yard. Two ski passes included in rent.
The nearest restaurant is on the ground floor of the house. The two Levi Kunkku houses have at least food and dance restaurants and a karaoke bar. There is a good soundproofing in the house.
Hullu Poro Arena 100 m. Several restaurants 100  500 m.

Bed linen in place and final cleaning are included in the prices. If you need extra beds, extra bed linen will be provided. Guests make beds by themselves.

2 electric Fatbikes for rent from the owner. Frames 17 "and 20", price 30 € / day (in 2021, paid to the owner).
