This is a two-level apartment.
- Upstairs (30,5 m2): hall, spacious kitchen, two persons' bedroom and wc.
- Downstairs (33,5 m2): spacious room with a fireplace, two beds in an open space, bathroom, wc and sauna.
- A panel TV, stereos/a DVD-player, a drying cabinet. Wlan.
- There is another exit downstairs, that leads to the ski-maintenance room and the gym in the basement.
- This apartment has no balcony.
- Smoking indoors is prohibited.
- Pets are allowed in this apartment when agreed in advance; extra fee 70 euro/pet.

All residents have free access to the ski maintenance room and to the gym located in the basement of
Karhunvartija. Every apartment has a separate locker for sports equipment.
Two of the apartments have a separate entrance from the street level. The rest of the apartments have
an entrance from the hallway. Nearly every apartment is equipped with one or several balconies.
