-Some of the balcnies have nice views to the slopes.
-Smoking indoors is prohibited.
-Pets are allowed in this apartment with extra fee 70e.
All residents have free access to the ski maintenance room and to the gym located in the basement of
Karhunvartija. Every apartment has a separate locker for sports equipment.
Two of the apartments have a separate entrance from the street level. The rest of the apartments have
an entrance from the hallway. Nearly every apartment is equipped with one or several balconies.
