( 35 m2) This apartment is ideal for a family, however, it is also suitable for two couples or a group
consisting of 4 friends.
- Downstairs (20 m²) is a combined living-room and kitchen, with a fireplace and convertible sofa,
balcony which has a great view towards the piste.
- Upstairs (15m²) is a sauna, WC/bathroom and bedroom for two.
- A panel TV, stereos/a DVD-player, a drying cabinet. Wlan.
- Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited.
- No pets allowed.

All residents have free access to the ski maintenance room and to the gym located in the basement
of Karhunvartija. Every apartment has a separate locker for sports equipment.

Two of the apartments have a separate entrance from the street level. The rest of the apartments have
an entrance from the hallway. Nearly every apartment is equipped with one or several balconies.
