This apartment is ideal for a family, it however, is also suitable for two couples or a group consisting of 5 friends.
- Upstairs (19 m²) is a WC and a combined living-room and kitchen, with a fireplace and convertible sofa, balcony and a great view towards the piste.
- Downstairs (21m²) is a sauna, WC/bathroom and bedroom for three (2+1).
- A panel TV, stereos/a DVD-player, a drying cabinet. Wlan.
- No pets allowed in this apartment

All residents have free access to the ski maintenance room and to the gym located in the basement
of Karhunvartija. Every apartment has a separate locker for sports equipment.
- Internet access via a mobile broadband connection available from reception
Two of the apartments have a separate entrance from the street level. The rest of the apartments have
an entrance from the hallway. Nearly every apartment is equipped with one or several balconies.
Our own maintenance company is present in the houses and gives aid when requested.
Accommodation rates include final cleaning, bed linen, bathrobes, two ski lift passes per apartment and
free use of the gym.
Smoking indoors is prohibited in every apartment!
Your accommodation will be at your disposal from 16.00 on your arrival day until 12.00 on your departure day.
