High quality ski-inn apartment completed in February 2022 in a great location, close to all key activities.
The quiet corner apartment is located on the first floor (ground floor) and has a apartment width balcony with glass railings. Beautiful, peaceful views. This apartment has decorated with high-quality materials. For example, the Danish-company Hay has been chosen for the furnitures and Normann Copenhagen for the lightings. The tableware is Anis and Saaga manufactured by the Finnish company Pentik. Balmuir, Pentik and Marimekko have been used especially in interior textiles. Special efforts have been made to sleep especially well. The bedroom has a comfortable and inviting 160x200cm continental bed. The separate, quiet alcove has a high-quality 90x200 bunk bed from the Dutch Bopita. There is a guest mattress in the storage if a sleeping place is needed for one reason or another for the fifth guest. There are several options for bedding (blankets and pillows), each of which can choose the most suitable option according to their own preferences. The apartment has a high-speed wi-fi connection, which allows you to work remotely, for example.

We will try to find the most suitable option for you. Due to its location, the apartment offers a great setting for outdoor and other activities. During the snow time, the yard of the apartment can be reached directly from the slope. Both the West- and South- chair lifts are only about 500 meters away from the apt. In addition, the ski bus runs right next door. During the snow time, you can take the lift up to the fell and descend to the other side of the village of Levi, where you will find plenty of different shopping opportunities and restaurants, bars and cafees. If you prefer to go skiing, you will find a network of cross-country skiing trails next to the southern slopes, as well as snowmobile trails and a winter cycling routes. On the other side of the fell there is a golf course in summer and a couple of kilometers away e.g. Levi adventure park. The nearest restaurant can be found on the southern slopes (Sivakka slope restaurant). The shed can also be found on the southern slopes, for example for frying sausages. The nearest shop, Levin Poro, is just over 2 km away.
In the same yard district with the store there are also e.g. gas station and hardware store.

More information on leisure-time activities: The apartment is located on the south slopes (South Point), between the West- and South -chair lifts. Both lifts are about 500 meters away from the chalet. If the snow situations allows, you can ski directly from the slope to the apartment yard. Ski buses run right next to the property. The cross-country ski trails winter cycling- and snowmobile trails are also right next door. Sheds and for example Sammu´s reindeer farm are also nice activity very close by the apartment. Levi has plenty of all kinds of activities all year round. Pls. find out more about the offer and various excursions on Levi´s own website.

Pricing information

THE APARTMENT RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES 2 PCS LEVI SKI PASSES (adults) IN THE WINTER SEASON 2022 / 2023. SKI PASSES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT FROM 1.12.2022 (Value of passes 227€ per ski pass, total of 454€ (Based on the weekly rate), The price based on the price level of season 2021/2022).

The apartment rental price does not include final cleaning or linen & towels. However these can be ordered in advance at an additional costs. The price for the linen is 21,00 eur per set. If you need for example linen for two persons, the additional costs are 2*21€ = 42€. Also inquire about other services if needed. We always try to organize what you need, if it is possible (for example pre-orders for different activities, planning and arranging a weekly program, equipment rentals, airport transfers etc.)

Traffic connections and distances

Services: The nearest services on the southern slopes, where e.g. slope restaurant Sivakka. Nearest grocery store about 2km away (Levi Poro). In the same shopping center e.g. gas station and hardware store. Comprehensive services of Levi village (restaurants, shops, doctor's office, etc.) about 5km away.
Traffic connections: Excellent transport connections almost everywhere. The distance from the Rovaniemi-Muonio road to the apartment is about 2 kilometers. The distance to Kittilä Airport is about 10 km / 10 minutes by car. Skibuses run regularly from next to the apartment to Levi Center and back.
Driving instructions: If you are coming from the direction of Rovaniemi, turn right about 5 km before Levikeskus, following the signs for the South Slopes (South Point). Turn left just before the South Point car park and ascend the road up to the fell for about 600 meters. Then turn right onto "Karhunkierros" and immediately left onto "Alakuuntie". The property is on the right hand side. Pls. In the yard there are parking spaces that are numbered. You can find the number on the electric pole.
