Magnificent apartment in a semi-detached house on the South Slope, near the popular ski slopes. From the large windows on the second floor opens a great view of Lapland's nature. Storage and carport between the apartments, so there is no shared wall with the neighbor. This apartment has plenty of space, atmosphere and things to admire.

Facilities on two floors. On the first floor, fireplace room, with a magnificent slate fireplace and wall surfaces partially made of laminated veneer lumber. The first floor also has a bedroom (2 separate beds) and a spacious utility room with its own entrance. The utility room has good storage solutions and is ideal for putting on, taking off and storing outerwear. There are also great shower facilities on the first floor. There are a separate dressing room, washroom/toilet and a spacious sauna.

On the second floor, a kitchen with high ceilings, a living room, 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed. On this floor there is also another bathroom with shower cabin and WC. A small covered balcony with access from the living area.

From November 2023, 2 company season tickets are available for the winter season 2023-24. The apartment has televisions in the fireplace room, living room and bedroom. The atmosphere is created by two fireplaces, one in the fireplace room and the other in the living room. The apartment is equipped with an air source heat pump, which can also be used for cooling in summer.
