Amazing semi-attached house right next to lake Immeljärvi close to services and activities of Levi.
The house has two bedrooms downstairs with a double bed in one and two single beds in one bedroom. There can also be found a spacious and light living room, kitchen, dining area, utility room, bathroom with two showers, sauna and a separate toilet. Rather low balcony has another living area and an additional bedroom with four separate beds. The sofa on the living area can be opened up to a twin bed. A huge terrace outside is partially shared with the house next door. This high-class and spacious semi-detached house is big enough to accommodate even a bigger family and the location is perfect for winter, summer and autumn travelling. You can find snow snowmobiling tracks and cross-country skiing tracks right next to the house. In wintertime you can rent snowshoes and go walking among lake Immeljärvi. In snow-less seasons the hiking track to the top of Kätkätunturin starts right around the corner. Levi center is only few hundred meters away and the slopes can be reached within 5min by foot. Skibus and the airport shuttle runs only two hundred meters away so the place is ideal also for customers travelling without a car.
