Cozy Röhköstar apartments 107, 108 and 109 are located in Äkäslompolo. The floor area is 33m². Total amount of sleeping places is 4, in the bedroom alcove 2 x 80 cm beds (in 107 there is separated bedroom) and in the livingroom there is a 140cm sofabed for 2 (with extra mattress pad). HOX. RS 108 sofabed sleeping mechanism is unfortunately damaged atm, the mattresses can be used to sleep on the floor (tested to work well).
All the apartments have their own entrance and they are situated next to each other.
Röhköstar apartments are near to Tunturitie. SkiBuss stop is situated very close to the apartments in Tunturitie. To the cross country skiing, hiking and biking tracks access from the yard. Äkäshotel and the other services of the village are within a walking distance.
Description of the apartment: living room, open kitchen, washing room, sauna and bedroom alcove (108 and 109). In the apartment 107 there is a separated bright bedroom with window. All of the apartments have an outdoor storage next door. In separated building there is a WARM SKI MAINTENANCE ROOM and also laundry room with washing machine and dryer. In the apartment 108 there is own washing machine.
Apartments are well-equipped. You find drying cabinet, electric oven, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, tv, ironing board and iron. Every apartment has 2 bikes for you to use and a sled. 107 apartment has two snowshoes.
Fiber optic net is installed in all the apartments, fast wifi.
Apartments are cozy and clean. The decor of the apartments is similar however each apartment has small unique details.

Continue driving straight on Tunturitie, pass Äkäshotelli crossing (Äkäksentie turns to the left, you stay on Tunturitie). Continue driving straight another 400 meters. Turn to the left to Niestatie. From Ylläsjärvi: Drive on the Scenic route from Ylläsjärvi towards Äkäslompolo. When you pass Ski Resort Center Y1 drive another 3 km towards Äkäslompolo and after the downhill turn to the right to Niestatie. |
