42 km west of Kuopio. Lake Virmasvesi 10 m (length 7 km, breadth 7 km), deep water, firm sand/gravel bottom. Own boat, outboard motor. In Jurvo island situated log cabin 1990, kitchenette, living room with convertible sofa. Upstairs (sloping ceilings): double bed (steep stairs), dressing room, sauna, open veranda. Only cottage on the Jurvo island (size 1,5 ha)! From parking place 1 km by boat. In the yard lawn swing, volleyball field.

Outboard motor is included in the price (fuel not included).

Bicycles and smoke sauna for hire. Smoke sauna is located in the neighborhood of the owner's house, distance from the cottage about 1 km. Price 100€/heating (2017), heated by the owner. Bicycle rent 20€/week (2017).

Golf Eerikkälä 23 km.

On arrival of the customer the owner requires a key deposit of 100 euros . This key deposit will be returned to the customer on the day of departure once the owner has checked the cottage.
