If the person responsible for the reservation is under 25 years of age, or he/she has not a permanent resident of Finland, a cleaning deposit of 250 € will be charged upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the customer after the holiday home has been checked and approved on the departure day. The cleaning deposit is not charged if the customer has ordered the end of stay cleaning.

In the wintertime:
The price includes 2 unlimited ski passes for the ski slopes.
The distance to the ski lift is 200 m across ice on skis. Cross country skiing tracks are next to the cottages.
A sledge hill and sledges for children are available on the beach of Puustila village.

In the summertime:
For the guests staying in the apartment we offer greenfee at a special price. Players can make the tee reservation themselves in advance by using our code. The distance to the golf club "Old Course" is 450 m.
Puustila has its own private sandy beach at about 70 m distance. On the beach there is a rowing boat and life jackets. On the terrace there is garden furniture and a gas barbecue (gas for extra fee).

This spacious holiday apartment of a very high class, situated in Puustila Golf&Ski holiday village in the center of Tahko, suits well for a large group of holiday makers or for holding business meetings. The apartment can suit well for making family parties (a special agreement should be done for a group of more than 12 people).
There is a spacious living-room with a big TV and a stereo unit (CD, DVD, radio, USB, i-Pod and karaokelaitteisto with 1 microphone). The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table for 10 people. From the kitchen and the sauna dressing room there is a pass to a big terrace. From the terrace there is a view to the skiing slopes and the lake.
Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and with a lot wardrobe space. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom. In the loft there are 2 extra beds.
Downstairs there are 2 separate toilets, a sauna and a bathroom with 2 showers. In the sauna dressing room there is a washing machine, a drying cabinet and a fridge for sauna drinks. Conference equipment is included into the rent.
All 4 cottages on Puustila holiday village make possible the accommodation of 40+8 people.
It is possible to organize extra sleeping places for children under 12 years old on the mattrasses in the same rooms with their parents (max. 4 children). Summer price is 5,-/person/day; winter price 10,-/person/day. Inform about extra sleeping places while making reservation, please. The child's set (a cot, a high chair and a potty) is free of charge if the number of guests doesn't exceed the maximum possible number.
