This apartment has a cosy living-room with an open kitchen zone. There is a TV set in the living-room and in one of the bedrooms.
The living-room sofabed offers extra sleeping places for two adults. From the apartment lobby there is an entrance to the toilet, the shower room and the sauna. Every apartment has an automatic conditioner and wireless internet connection. Every apartment in the RED building has one open parking place with an electrical socket for a car motor pre-warming in the wintertime. The parking place is located in front of the RED building entrace door. There is also a lockable sport equipment stockroom (one per apartment).
The accommodation price for 3 people includes bed linens and the end-of-stay cleaning. Extra bed fee is 30 € /person/period of stay. Maximum possibility for extra beds is 2 sleeping places per apartment on the living-room sofa-bed.
