This apartment is situated in a peaceful place on the Aholansaari isle. In winter you can get to the island along the ice road.

Riitantupa is a one-room apartment in a row house near the Aholansaari main building. In the bedroom there are 3 beds and a TV. In the spacious kitchen there are dining accessories for 4 people and necessary kitchenwares for preparing food. The sofabed in the kitchen offers one extra bed.
In the apartment there is a shower and a separate toilet. The puplic sauna with a wood-burning stove is on the lake shore. It can be reserved also for private use. Next to the lakeside sauna there is a pier and in winter there is a hole in the ice.
The apartment suits well for the handiapped, but the sandy courtyard
can cause problems for wheelchair customers.
<br> Cross country skiing tracks (approx. 9km) are located within some meters from the apartment. They have a connecton to all Tahko skiing routes.
The Ukko-Paavo Ruotsalainen museum also invites you to calm down
and get acquainted with the Savonia peasant history and the early and modern
days of pietism. Presentation can be arranged on order.

For the apartment are used prices per person, and the price is set according the number of people.

Aholansaari isle is a center for having courses and spending freetime, working in the spirit of pietism. Its owner is the Aholansaari foundation, the task of which is to cherish the cultural and ecclesiastical heritage of the pietism leader Paavo Ruotsalainen and maintaining spiritual life in the spirit of pietism.
