High-class and idyllic log cottage "Piharanta" built in 1991 is located on the shore of lake Suur-Ruokovesi. Later the cottage was updated to meet modern standards.
The cottage area is 38 m2. The combined space of a living-room and a kitchen is well-equipped. The sleeping alcove is separated with a door. The sauna has a wood burning stove. The shower room has been renewed.
A large terrace, a spacious well-maintained courtyard with a barbecue shelter, own gently sloping lake shore and a rowing boat add even more comfort.
On a cloudless day it is possible to see Puijo Tower (the main Kuopion sightseeng) behind the open lake space.
