The final installment must be paid at the latest thirty (30) days before the start of the stay. In the event of the reservation being made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the full rent must be paid in one installment by the due date marked in the invoice. Cancellation must always be made in writing (either by letter or email) and by phone. A cancellation comes into effect from the moment the information of the cancellation is received. If the tenant can prove that a cancellation has been made and sent to the correct address at the right time, the cancellation can be accepted, even if it might have been late or is not received at all. In case of cancellation, the reservation fee is non-returnable. If the cancellation is made later than thirty (30) days before the start of the holiday, the full rent is charged. |
