The chalet Takku-Rukan Keloloiste is a very popular, comfortable semi-detached log wooden cabin close to ski center Ruka. The chalet is located by a lake and it is surrounded by tranquil and calming pine forest. Close to the chalet there are multiple known trekking trails, fells and amazing sights.

The chalet has a living room (with 150cm wide sofa-bed), bedroom (with 160cm wide double bed), kitchen, fireplace, sauna, bathroom with a toilet and a spacious loft (with two 160cm wide double beds). The loft can be divided into two separate bedrooms. The loft is accessible by steep stairs. The chalet also has an equipped outdoor patio.
The chalet surface area is 40 m2 + 13 m2 loft.
Accessory standards of the chalet are very good and can be ranked as equal to common detached house.
In conjunction with booking for children you can order: highchair, pot, and extra bed (travel cot or mattress) for the child.
Check-in on the arrival day to the chalet is at 16.00 and check-out is at 12.00 on the departure day, unless something else has been agreed upon with the client at the time of the booking.
The rent includes free usage of the the chalet and the outdoor patio, grill, matresses, blankets, pillows, designated amount of firewood, normal energy costs, regular kitchenware, rowboat in summer season, Playstation, snowshoes, sled, fishing equipment and different kind of games.
FINAL CLEANING (50e) WILL BE ADDED TO THE PRICE OF EVERY RENT.

| Special conditions: | Client must bring own bedlinen/towels and is responsible for cleaning during the stay. FINAL CLEANING (50e) WILL BE ADDED TO TOTAL PRICE. Bedlinen/towels can be ordered in conjunction with booking. The advance payment (30%) must be paid immediately after the booking. The final payment (70%) must be paid at the latest 4 weeks before the start of the vacation. In case there is 55 days or less to the start of the booking, the rent must be paid with one payment. The booking is confirmed, when the client has paid the invoice by the due day. No refunds are paid for cancellations of high-season reservations (weeks 50-2, 8-14, 25-32, 37-43). At other times in case of cancellation, the advance payment (30%) is non-refundable. In case the cancellation of the reservation takes place later than 21 days before the start of the vacation, the whole vacation price will be charged. If a substitute client is found, owner returns the money to client. In case the cancellation takes place later than 48 hours before the reservation start time or during the reservation, no payments will be refunded. |
