75 km to the northeast from Kuopio, lake Valkeinen 30 m (length 500 m, width 500 m), shallow sandy bottom, water depth at the end of pier is about one meter, rowing boat.

Wooden cabin built in 1996, extended in 2018, kitchenette, living room with spreadable sofa, alcove (can be isolated by using curtain) 2 beds, bedroom with doublebed (140 cm wide), bedroom with 2 beds, washroom, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove). Air source heat pump.

Pets are allowed for an extra fee, 30 euros per reservation.

The cottage has charging possibility for electric car for extra fee 5€ / day. For rent Evtun Accelev 8kw charger type1 / type2, additional price 10 €. Lakeside cabin on flat, grassy and child-friendly plot. Fire extinguisher is located outside and shared with 2 cabins.

Two electric scooters for rent, shared use of six cottages (inquiries from the owner).

Distance to the Tahko ski centre is 22 km, to the western slopes of Tahko 14 km ( the nearest ski lift). There are spa, restaurants, equipment rental and golf course in Tahko area. 6 km to Varpaisjärvi where is the nearest grocery store, a restaurant, and a lighted ski trail.
