Hietikko is a 37-square-meter cottage in Lohjanjärvi which renovated in 2017. The cottage is on the slope and from the parking place you are down to the cottage about 30m. The water line is less than 10m away from the cottage, so you can cool off easily after steaming up in the sauna. The beach is hard-ground (some pebbles) and gently deepening.
The timber-framed cottage has a wood-heated sauna, and a dressing room behind its front door. There is a kitchenette and an alcove with two beds. More sleeping space can be found in a loft with three mattresses. The cottage is on the evening sun and large windows make it easy to observe the lake life.
EQUIPMENT: wood burner, electric stove, refrigerator, electric heating, microwave, TV, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas grill and kitchen utensils for 6 people. Sauna water is obtained from the lake by an electric pump during summer months. Drinking water can be obtained 400m away, from the main building.
ENVIRONMENT: The cabin has a L-shaped terrace with a side section covered with a transparent awning. There is a rowing boat and a dock on the beach. The plot has a wood shed and an outhouse.
The rent pays for the right to use the destination during the booked period. Normal energy consumption, furnishings, cooking and eating utensils, mattresses, blankets and pillows are included in the rent.
Charging electric cars is prohibited.
Clients are responsible for cleaning the destination before departure. A departure cleaning service can be ordered in conjunction with booking.
-During the summer season, weekly rentals 720e. Changeover day Monday.

- Minimum stay limit for low season 2 nights.
