COME AND RELAX in the Villa Ahvenkallio, which is situated in a beautiful solid rock and forest terrain. It is also suitable for children as there are a big trampoline (only for children) and a safe rocky and sandy beach. The house (140m2) was build in 2011. The villa is surrounded by large, sunny and illuminated terraces with the wiew to the lake and few meters from the house there is an open flame barbecue + firewood.

IN THE 3 BEDROOMS 8 people can be comfortably accommodated in the villa, but in total there are sleeping places for 11 people. In a small piano room there is a bunk bed for two people, in the upstairs of the fireplace room you can find beds for 3 persons and in the upstairs of the kitchen/living room has beds for 3 – 6 people.
The log built house has two separate sides with own sleeping departments in the upstairs and with own washrooms. There are a fireplace (+ firewood), an air source heat/cooling pump and a flat screen TV in both sides of the villa. So two families can be accommodated in the villa and the both families will have their own space.

IN THE MINI SPA holidaymakers can relax and forget the hectic world outside. The mini-spa has big and high windows to admire the scenery, a big hot tub and a steam sauna/walk-in shower enclosure for 2 person with music.
There is also a sauna for six people. It also has a big window towards the lake.

THE KITCHEN is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a coffee maker, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster and a mixer. There is complete tableware set including crystal and cooking thinks.
The cozy villa is equipped with two TV sets, a Wlan Internet connection, two air source heat/cooling pumps, a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, a vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer and an iron.
There is also a genuine new classical piano and an air rifle with a telescopic sight & a dartboard that customers can use without an extra cost.
The villa is a part of the public water supply system.

IN THE GARDEN there are over 300 different plants and on the lawn there is a big trampoline (only for children) and a flat badminton field. There are also beautiful lights in the garden in the evening (over 70 outdoor lights and an illuminated fountain). The perfect terrain for skiing and outdoor activities can be found right next to the villa. In the forest there are a lot of trails and small roads; mushrooms, blueberries, lingonberries, raspberries and forest strawberries. Plenty of fruits and berries in the garden. You can eat them, please; otherwise birds do it.

BY THE LAKE KIRKKOJÄRVI there are two piers and a big beach terrace, a rowing boat and a sandy/solid rock beach. The lake is rich in fishes: pike perches and crayfishes. The villa is 80 meters from the shore of the lake. Holidaymakers can go to the beach by following a 3m wide path that goes through a canyon.
About 1 km from the villa on the shore of Suntti Bay: Ancient rock caves that are worth visiting and you can even row there by boat.

Holidaymakers can go to Myrskylä village by a rowing boat (about 700 meters). It will take 10 min + walking 300 meters. In the village you can find shops, a smoked fish and caviar shop, a little market place, a pharmacy, a doctor, hairdressers, a physiotherapist, 2 cafe/pizzeria/restaurants, a night bar (billiards), banks, library, various sports possibilities; frisbee golf etc.
A traditional dancing place called “Kiparkatti” is situated about 2,5 km away.

DURING THE WINTERTIME there is a maintained ski track over the lake and another illuminated ski track can be found about 2,5 km away. Skating on the lake.

We can arrange canoeing, horse or pony riding and a guide for forest (mountain) hiking, etc.
