Holiday cottage built in 2011. Living room downstairs (convertible sofa for 1 person), kitchen, hall, 2 toilets. Upstairs 4 bedrooms (two with 3 separate beds, one with 2 separate beds, and one with 2 separate beds and a convertible sofa for 1 person). Hall, toilet and shower upstairs. Convertible sofa for 1 person in the hall upstairs. In addition 3 foldable beds. Big terrace. Separate sauna building with dressing room, shower and electric stove. Smoke sauna and outdoor tub for hire.

Well equipped, high-quality holiday cottage by the lake Viinijärvi. Well suitable for parties, groups and meetings. Catering services available upon request. Pets allowed downstairs but not upstairs. Great possibilities for BBQ, a gas BBG on the terrace. In addition the possibility to use the grill hut in the neighbouring holiday village. Electric outlets for warming up the cars engine are available for 2 cars. Internet access in the cottage (fibre optic).

Great opportunities for small-game hunting, also pheasants. 3 km of the shore for hunting. Additionally 1500 ha of land (Metsähallitus) in Teerivaara, approximately a 0.5 hours-drive away. The owner of the cottage arranges hunting packages, including common pheasant hunting, upon request. Outdoor tub and smoke sauna available for hire. Additionally outboard motor and ATV/quad for young people available for hire. Maarianvaara ski slopes 25 km. Outokumpu golf course 13 km.

Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
