The high-quality larger holiday villa is located on the shore of Lake Oulu right next to a golf course, yet completely secluded. The villa features a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a terrace, four double bedrooms, each with a small workspace, a sauna, two toilets, and shower facilities with two showers.


Upstairs, there is a separate toilet and separate shower. In the lobby, there is an 80cm bed. Downstairs, next to the sauna, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The distance from the villa to the club is about 1650 meters. The rental includes a golf green fee at the member's price of approximately 39.00 euros per round. The Paltamo golf area is charming and peaceful.
In the winter, there is a maintained ski trail on the lake, which is maintained by the municipality and village committee.

There are various year-round attractions to visit, such as Jättiläisenmaa (26km), the Katinkulta Spa (40km), and Finland's highest waterfall, Hepoköngäs (66km).

In the winter, Vuokatti ski slopes (44km) and Paljakka (43km) are also nearby.

During the summer, Manamasalo (45km), Oulujärvi's most famous attraction, and the Meteli toy museum within walking distance are worth visiting. There is a large beach 2km away, where you can also find a summer kiosk. The Paltamo golf restaurant, which serves à la carte food, is located 1.6km away.

For shopping, you can visit Kajaani, which is 36km away, where you can find several museums, a swimming pool, and the ruins of Kajaani Castle.
