118 km north-west of Kuopio, L.Koivujärvi 25 m (length 10 km, width 3 km), hard, shallow sand bottom, own boat.

Laminated log chalet 2008, living room/kitchen, extra double bed, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, bedroom double bed, in sleeping loft 2 beds, hall, washroom/WC, separate WC, balcony and 3 terraces. Cottage has geothermal heating system. Drinking water delivered by owner.

Separate sauna building (26 m²) with room with fireplace with sofabed for 2, washroom, shower and electric light. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Water pipe from the lake, owner brings drinking water.

New, spacious holiday home on natural plot in peaceful place on shore facing evening sun. At north end of Lake Koivujärvi Kesäterassi Ee-Saastamoinen is open in summer for dances, serves beer, 14 km. Urho Kekkonens birth place Lepikon Torppa 47 km.

Owner rents out electric outboard motors, 4 hp outboard motor, canoes and bicycles.

Owner heats smoke sauna by arrangement for extra charge and offers snowmobile safaris (winter), and lake trips in large boat (summer).

During Christmas time there is a Christmas tree in the cottage.
Final cleaning fee will be added in all reservations.
