Taigalampi cottage has been renovated. The interior of the cottage has been painted with odorless, plastic-free and VOC-free natural paints, and attention has been paid to environmental friendliness, sustainability and naturalness in the renovation.

The villa has beds for 16 people, a large living room, eight bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen. The high-quality sauna department with its large outdoor terraces enables a larger group to enjoy themselves. Please make sure the cottage is clean when you leave: Garbage sorted in garbage bins outside, cutlery and plates washed, sheets and pillowcases removed from bed linen and furniture in place. Please tell us if you need a special cleaning after the departure. 

Breakfast, lunch and dinner can easily be arranged as an additional service by booking in advance. We require the use of linen during the stay. You can also book a linen package when booking a cottage.

The cottage has two three-room apartments and one two-bedroom separate compartment. There are three toilets and a maintenance room. The three-room apartments have their own toilet and shower facilities. There is also a high-quality utility room with good closet space, a washing machine, drying cabinet and a drying machine. The outdoor building has a lockable space for a car as well as bikes or other outdoor equipment. Outside there are sorting points for combustible waste, metal, cardboard and glass. Please sort your waste before leaving - nature thanks you!

Outdoor activities and exercise - there are really many possibilities for these around a year! In summer, the nearby clear-water pond refreshes hikers and mountain bikers after a sauna experience. Lake kayaking can be found a couple of kilometers away, hiking trails can be accessed from the front door and guided outdoor activities and rental equipment can be booked from the Taigavire online store.

In winter, the well-maintained Syöte trail network can be reached from a hundred meters away and one of Finland's best winter cycling routes starts directly from the backyard. If you wish, we can transport e-fatbike bikes, snowshoes or sliding snowshoes to the cottage.

This rental cottage has seasonal weekday, weekend and weekly pricing. The basic price includes a maximum of eight people. The daily rate applies to days Mon-Thu and Sun-Mon. The weekend is 2 days and applies to days Fri-Sun. The weekly rate applies to all bookings of 7 days or more from Sunday to Sunday. For Christmas and New Year there is a separate price and a minimum booking of 3 days. Easter is priced separately from Maundy Thursday to the second day of Easter. Midsummer time is also priced separately from the eve for 3 days. Finnish skiing holiday weeks are priced separately for weeks 8-10.
