55 km to the southeast from Pudasjärvi, lake Puhosjärvi 45 m (length 10 km, width 3.5 km), gently deepening beach, sand bottom, rowing boat and outboard engine 2 hp (two-stroke, guests bring the fuel). The cabin is on a hillside plot, gentle slope to the beach.

The cabin was built of planed logs in 1994, inner walls are paneled. Living room, kitchenette, 120 cm wide bed in bedroom, 1 bed in loft, in connection with the loft bedroom with 2 beds, sloping ceiling in the bedroom, sauna, washroom/WC, glazed terrace and balcony.

In the yard there is a gazebo with spreadable sofa bed. The gazebo is electrically heated and lighted. The gazebo is only available in summer.

In Puhos village, there are services like taxi, grocery shop and Myökkälä village community building. The UKK hiking route (in honor of Urho Kaleva Kekkonen) passes through Puhos village.
Services of Pudasjärvi city center 55 km, Iso-Syöte tourist center and national park about 70 km.
The village road runs behind the cabin at a distance of approx. 20 m.
