Living room/kitchen, one bedroom on the ground floor with double bed, two bedrooms in the upper floor, one with 2 beds and another with 3 beds, steep stairs lead to the upper floor, sloping ceilings in the bedrooms, spreadable sofa in the upstairs lobby. Sauna, washroom, separate WC, hall, and small covered terrace.
In addition, one foldable mattress that can be placed in different places.
Cold storage. In addition, the apartment is equipped with an air source heat pump, which can also be used for cooling in summer. Wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi) available. TV with Chromecast for streaming.
Two ski passes available to clients.

Rome 10 is located near the Iso-Syöte ski lifts, ski trails, and routes. Illuminated ski trail 200 m, nearest ski lift 300 m.
Syöte National Park 900 m, visitor center 1,5 km. Lake Luppovesi with a public swimming beach, playground, and lean-to 600 m.
The reservation includes one sack of firewood.
