85 km west of Helsinki, Kvarnsjö Lake 80 m (length 1 km, width 200 m), hard, partly rock / gravel bottom, pier, own boat.

2-storey log cottage 2001, (kitchen and sauna renovated 2023), kitchen, living room with fireplace and foldable sofa bed, bedroom with two beds, toilet, sauna (wood-burning stove), shower room, dressing room, big terrace. Upstairs lounge (foldable extra bed), bedroom with two beds, bedroom with two beds, small balcony.

To the beach steep stairs (92 steps). Good pier in own little peninsula. 2-story log cottage in a peaceful location by a small lake. Yard area is wooded, but bright. There is a steep slope and long stairs to the beach (not suitable for people with moving disabilities).

The beach area is flat. The nearest neighbor is owner's rental cottage 13029 (50 m) where no sight during summer time. Good fishing possibilities.
