The cottage is furnised with natural materials and high-quality Finnish brands. You will love our beds, duvets and pillows as well as bed linen and towels of smooth flax.

The tidy kitchen includes the most essential equipment: hotplate (no oven), deep-freeze refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, wine decanter and glasses, compost container and much more. The cottage is heated with stove and electric heater. Relax at your private and covered terrace, with a brand-new eco toilet. Natural drinking water is fetched from the well in the yard. Electric lights. Car-heating socket behind the cottage.

Sauna (in common use) is heated in the evenings. Barbecue shed in front of the sauna building with cozy design chairs by Ecofurn.

The log cabin with electricity (built in 1986) is situated 110km from Rovaniemi to the southeast, 30km from the centre of Ranua to the east at the lake Saarijärvi at a peaceful head of a bay of its own. The length of the lake Saarijärvi is 3.3km, the width 0.9km and the deepest point about 3km. Beach, swimming platform and rowing boat in common use with the other guests.

The cottage is situated in a small nature tourism company with two log cabins, 2 Tentsile tree tents and accommodation in the main house as well. The cottage is a suitable starting point for different outdoor activities in nature, such as hiking and biking, berry and mushroom picking and well as fishing and hunting.

Cleaning fee EUR 45,00 is not included the cottage rent.

Additional information:	Kunnon suomalainen puulämmitteinen sauna lämpeää päivittäin, toinen rantasauna vuokrattavissa omaan käyttöön. Saunaan upeat pellavaiset Lapuan Kankurin pyyhkeet, varaa lisämaksusta ylellinen kylpytakki lainaksi. Tarvittaessa päärakennuksessa pyykinpesukone, silityslauta ja -rauta sekä muuta tarpeellista sekä internet-yhteys.

Suppilauta lisämaksusta. 3-4 vuotiaalle lapselle löytyy upea woom-bike polkupyörä sekä juoksupyörä. Leluja, syöttötuoli ja esim. kumisaappaita - ja leikkiseuraa!

Services:	Lisämaksusta järjestetään nouto autolla Ranualta, Rovaniemestä tai Oulusta. Ajamme päivittäin Ranualle, kyyti on järjestettävissä.
Traffic connections:	Linjaautolla Oulusta, Rovaniemeltä Ranuan keskustaan. Ilmoitathan tulosta hyvissä ajoin niin järjestämme kyydin perille.
Driving instructions:	Ranualta 29 km Posiolle päin, ennen Saariharjun kylän taajamaa kääntyy vasemmalle Metsäkolontie. Noin 450 m hiekkatien päässä sijaitsee päärakennus pihapiirineen ja mökkeineen.
