50 km southwest of Haapajärvi, 20 km north of Reisjärvi, Lake Korpinen 25 m (artificial lake, length 2,7 km, width 1 km), rather deep bottom, sandy shore, dock, own rowboat.

Log cabin, built in 2001. Living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, loft with 4 mattresses. Sauna and dressing room, covered porch, open terrace and balcony.

Bed linen and towels cannot be booked as an extra service in this place, so please bring your own linen and towels. WILDERNESS CABIN: Facilities in wilderness cabins are often more modest than in holiday cottages. Cabin is pre-heated only at extra fee. Cabin should be cleaned by the customer during the holiday and after that.

Cabin for 2-6 persons. Cabin has battery- and generator lights and electricity. Generator gasoline is included in the rental price.
Drinking water can be taken from the well, (well is in shared use with three cabins), distance of 120 m. Water to the sauna is taken from the lake, 25 m away. Doghouse and dog cage in the yard.

Lake Korpinen is well suited for fishing. Lake has a strong stock of fish, like perch and pike. Owner offers guided tours of the small game and moose hunting. Also fishing guidance.

Places of interest and attractions: Peuran Polku (115 km long hiking trail), local history Museum, Reisjärvi church, pottery Peltoranta. Dance hall Urjanlinna (Sievi).
