The Finnish Glass Museum

An ode to the art of glassmaking! The Finnish Glass Museum hosts exhibitions that feature the history of glassblowing and industrial design. The museum was founded in 1961 in Riihimäki and illustrates a tradition that is more than 400 years old, with roots deep in Finnish culture. The details, colours and clear forms of the glass works are impressive. You can also visit the museum shop and even take the guided tour – it’s bound to show you glass in a whole new light.
