12 km to the south from Rovaniemi city center, river Kemijoki 60 m, width of the river at the villa is 600 m, natural, deep beach, not suitable for swimming, swimming beach 1,3 km, own rowing boat.

Wooden house, built in 2018. Living room/kitchen, double bed in the bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, one additional mattress, sauna, washroom/WC, separate WC, utility room and library. Piano, computer (laptop), screen and printer in the library. There is no TV in this villa. The washing machine has a drying functionality.
Large covered terrace and a car shelter.

40-70 Mb internet connection and laptop available. Villa Puistola is a modern and stylish house in a quiet location by the river. There are plantings in the lawn and bright yard. A lot of natural flowers are growing on the beach and surroundings. There is a visual contact with Valajaskoski hydroelectric power plant from the beach, straight distance 1 km.
The services of the Rovaniemi city center are within 13 km distance. Ounasvaara ski resort and golf course 15 km. The Arctic Circle and Santapark 20 km.

Please be careful if you are moving on the river ice during winter months. Ice may break under the weight due to currents under the ice.
