Traditional, modernized log cabin on the shores of Lake Perunkajärvi oriented toward the north for the best chance to enjoy the northern lights. The absolute quietness and privacy, far from the city lights and noise. approx. 40 km from the center of Rovaniemi and approx. 30 km from Rovaniemi Airport. There are great berry and hiking terrains around Lake Perunkajärvi, e.g. Pilpanen Nature Reserve. The traditional wooden sauna by the lake provides guest possibility to enjoy swimming winter and summer.

The cottage is about 100m2 in size and has sleeping places for 7-8 people. The cottage has a fast-heating electric sauna, and a separate, traditional wooden sauna on the shore. Wooden sauna is in use during summertime.
Fully equipped kitchen and all the basic commodities. There is a fire place and traditional wooden pizza oven, long conventional Lappish table for 8 seats. Guests have access to double terrace with view on the lake.

In winter and because of it's distance from the city, there's no light pollution that will abstract the best Aurora visibility.
From July possible to rent fishing kayak Tarpon 120. Price for one week rental period is 150 euros and for shorter stay 30 euros per day.
